Customer Notice for Custom Products

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our custom-made products. To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please take note of the following:

1. Deposit Requirement

   A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once completed, we’ll send a video for your confirmation. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

2. Production Time

   Depending on the product and its complexity, the production time usually takes X–X working days.

3. Confirmation Process

   A video will be provided after completion for you to confirm the details before we proceed with shipping.

4. No Cancellations or Refunds

   Since each product is made to order, no cancellations or refunds can be accepted once production begins.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (if applicable)

   Some customized products may have a minimum order quantity. Please confirm with us before placing your order.

6. Shipping

   After receiving the final payment, we will arrange shipment and provide a tracking number. We use reliable couriers to ensure safe delivery.

7. Authenticity & Quality

   All our custom products are made with premium materials, using 1:1 molds based on original samples to ensure authenticity and attention to detail.
